Saudi reports documented to the court show that accordingly, Rumayyan sent a transcribed and marked reminder on 26 December 2017 to a partner requesting him to “do what’s vital as quick as could really be expected” to consent to the request. Among the 20 organizations remembered for a rundown to be moved to the PIF was Sky Prime Aviation Services, a contract fly organization situated in Riyadh.
