Le quotidien al-Sharq al-Awsat (Moyen-Orient) a rapport\u00e9 ce jour qu’un tribunal a reconnu une Su\u00e9doise coupable de crimes de guerre pour n’avoir pas emp\u00each\u00e9 la conscription de son fils de 12 ans en Syrie, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La femme nie encore toutes les accusations port\u00e9es contre elle. “Le tribunal a condamn\u00e9 Lina Ishak \u00e0 six ans de prison pour une grave violation du droit international et un grave crime de guerre”, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 aujourd’hui (vendredi) le tribunal de district de Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le verdict stipulait : “En tant que gardienne des droits de tutelle de son fils, elle n’a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 Joan (le fils) d’\u00eatre recrut\u00e9\u2026 par des criminels inconnus et d’\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme enfant soldat dans les rangs de l’Etat islamique dans le cadre du conflit arm\u00e9 en Syrie.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Su\u00e9doise de 49 ans, rentr\u00e9e de Syrie en 2020, est devenue le premier cas connu en Su\u00e8de contre lequel de telles accusations sont port\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’enfant n\u00e9 en 2001 est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 il y a environ cinq ans. L’Organisation des Nations Unies indique que le recrutement d’enfants de moins de 15 ans est interdit par le droit international humanitaire et constitue un crime de guerre selon les normes de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
