Samedi 26 juin, le pr\u00e9sident tunisien, Kais Saied, a rencontr\u00e9 au palais de Carthage \u00e0 Tunis le pr\u00e9sident du Parlement et chef du parti des Fr\u00e8res musulmans “Ennahda”, Rashid Ghannouchi. L’entretien qui a dur\u00e9 trois heures n’a pas atteint les objectifs escompt\u00e9s pour le paysage politique tunisien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accusations et injures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis 6 mois, la Tunisie s’enlise dans des crises politico-\u00e9conomiques \u00e0 l’origine de conflits acerbes entre les trois institutions gouvernementales (Pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, Parlement, Gouvernement). Aucune rencontre n’a jusque l\u00e0 port\u00e9 ses fruits, chacun des partis campe sur ses positions hostiles \u00e0 l’autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La rh\u00e9torique a commenc\u00e9 par un article \u00e9crit imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9union par le conseiller de Ghannouchi, Riad al-Shuaibi, qui a accus\u00e9 Kais Saied de confusion et d’incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 agir sur le plan politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Saied est rest\u00e9 fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses positions anti-Nahda et a de nouveau accus\u00e9 le mouvement des Fr\u00e8res musulmans de se tenir derri\u00e8re un “r\u00e9gime cach\u00e9” qui contr\u00f4le son pays. Cette d\u00e9claration est survenue \u00e0 peine 1 jours apr\u00e8s sa rencontre avec Ghannouchi au palais de Carthage, ramenant le diff\u00e9rend \u00e0 son point de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un r\u00e9gime cach\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors de sa rencontre au palais de Carthage avec Zuhair Maghzaouil, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Mouvement populaire, Kais Saied a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : “La Tunisie a d\u00e9sormais deux r\u00e9gimes\u2026 un r\u00e9gime apparent et un r\u00e9gime cach\u00e9 qui contr\u00f4le le pays”, notant que le danger qui menace la stabilit\u00e9 des Etats provient de l’int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les attentes de Kais Saied<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon les informations de la presse tunisienne, Kais Saied a exig\u00e9 de Ghannouchi quatre choses : la d\u00e9mission du gouvernement Mechichi, l’\u00e9tablissement d’un syst\u00e8me gouvernemental purement pr\u00e9sidentiel au lieu d’un syst\u00e8me parlementaire, la divulgation des comptes bancaires des dirigeants d’Ennahda et la non-ing\u00e9rence dans les affaires judiciaires. Ghannouchi a refus\u00e9 ces demandes, soulignant son rejet des attaques lanc\u00e9es par le mouvement contre Saied depuis la fin de la r\u00e9union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces demandes impliquerait la reddition du parti Ennahda par lui-m\u00eame, car la divulgation des comptes bancaires d\u00e9voilerait la nature des relations du mouvement avec les autres pays qui partagent son id\u00e9ologie, et l’obligerait \u00e0 renoncer aux privil\u00e8ges du syst\u00e8me parlementaire qu’Ennahda ne consentira jamais \u00e0 abandonner, ce syst\u00e8me \u00e9tant sa seule garantie de pouvoir continuer \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la sc\u00e8ne politique tunisienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’\u00e9chec de la rencontre entre Ghannouchi et Saied a confirm\u00e9 que la crise politique tunisienne n’est pas pr\u00e8s de trouver une issue, car les objectifs divergent entre les parties en conflit d’une mani\u00e8re qui rend le dialogue impossible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au moment o\u00f9 Ennahda s’emploie \u00e0 resserrer son contr\u00f4le sur l’\u00c9tat, Saied constate que le mouvement cherche \u00e0 supprimer l’identit\u00e9 civile tunisienne et estime qu’en tant que pr\u00e9sident, il est charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9fendre cette identit\u00e9 sans n\u00e9gociation ni compromis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
