Le ministre chinois des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res Wang Yi s’est rendu vendredi 26 mars en Iran pour une visite qui, selon les informations disponibles hier, verra la signature d’un accord de coop\u00e9ration d’une dur\u00e9e de 25 ans entre l’Iran et la Chine, deux pays soumis \u00e0 des sanctions am\u00e9ricaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette visite est survenue un jour apr\u00e8s que la Chine a annonc\u00e9 son intention de faire des efforts pour prot\u00e9ger l’accord nucl\u00e9aire de 2015 entre l’Iran et les puissances mondiales, et pour d\u00e9fendre “les int\u00e9r\u00eats l\u00e9gitimes des relations sino-iraniennes”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon un journaliste de l’Agence France-Presse, c’est d\u00e9sormais act\u00e9, le pacte qui renforcera la coop\u00e9ration strat\u00e9gique entre les deux pays durant 25 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 \u00e0 T\u00e9h\u00e9ran aujourd’hui 27 mars par Wang Yi, et son homologue iranien Mohammad Javad Zarif. Ce pacte \u00e9tait attendu depuis cinq ans, un projet qui remonte \u00e0 la visite du pr\u00e9sident chinois Xi Jinping \u00e0 T\u00e9h\u00e9ran en 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’accord, dont les derniers d\u00e9tails et les grandes lignes n’ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 rendus publics, devrait inclure des investissements de la Chine dans les secteurs de l’\u00e9nergie et des infrastructures en Iran, alors que les \u00c9tats-Unis et Isra\u00ebl accusent l’Iran d’utiliser son industrie nucl\u00e9aire pour dissimuler un programme d’armement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’agence de presse officielle iranienne “IRNA” a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la conclusion par les ministres des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res des deux pays d’un programme global de coop\u00e9ration entre la R\u00e9publique islamique d’Iran et la R\u00e9publique populaire de Chine, \u00e9tait un autre programme inscrit au calendrier de ce voyage de deux jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon la m\u00eame agence, les derniers d\u00e9tails ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s dans la matin\u00e9e au cours d’une rencontre entre “Wang Yi et Ali Larijani, conseiller du guide supr\u00eame iranien Ali Khamenei et repr\u00e9sentant sp\u00e9cial de la R\u00e9publique islamique d’Iran pour les relations strat\u00e9giques avec la R\u00e9publique populaire de Chine”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il convient de rappeler que la Chine est le premier et l’un des plus grands partenaires commerciaux de l’Iran et son alli\u00e9 de longue date. Elle \u00e9tait l’un des principaux acheteurs de brut iranien avant le r\u00e9tablissement des sanctions \u00e9conomiques am\u00e9ricaines contre le secteur le secteur iranien de l’\u00e9nergie en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon le minist\u00e8re iranien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, l’accord du 27 mars 2021 est une “feuille de route compl\u00e8te”, comportant des “clauses politiques, strat\u00e9giques et \u00e9conomiques” pour “25 ans de coop\u00e9ration entre l’Iran et la Chine”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
